unidrain® was the first manufacturer to move the floor drain up against the wall, thereby making a single-sided slope possible. This concept has now been extended to the installation of the shower walls: the flange from unidrain®s floor unit has been adapted to both the fixed and flexible modules as well as the shower walls’ steel profile, ensuring a watertight solution.
Choose between two types of installation systems for shower walls and bases from the unidrain® GlassLine: fixed module and flexible module.
Construction
The fixed module is suitable for shower walls with depths of 900/1000/1200 mm and shower cubicles with widths of 800/900/1000 mm. It consists of a profile placed perpendicularly to the floor drain and has a number of advantages: the profile’s design ensures a simple and secure placement of the shower wall in a sublime, superbly designed and functional solution. The fixed module defines the 2% slope in the shower cubicle and invites you to complete the concept with a unidrain® shower base. It is also safe and easy to install.
Construction
The flexible module suits shower walls with depths of 900/1000/1200 mm and shower cubicles with widths of 700/800/900/1000/1200 mm. It can be connected to the existing drain units 1002/1003/1004. The loose profile is easy to mount and has many advantages: the profile’s design ensures a simple and secure placement of the shower wall in a sublime, superbly designed and functional solution. The flexible module defines the 2% slope in the shower cubicle and allows you to lower the shower cubicle to align it with the surrounding floor.
