Copenhagen Admiral Hotel in the heart of Copenhagen has undergone several years of renovation. Unidrain has helped the hotel, both in an advisory capacity and with the renovation of 366 bathrooms.
The old warehouse dating from 1787 doesn’t allow for any standard solutions. Everything has been adapted to the building, and Unidrain advised the hotel on options and limitations from an early stage. All the products for the hotel’s bathrooms were custom-built in line with the customer’s specific requirements.
The dimensions of both the shower screens and the drains deviate from standard measurements by several centimetres. Working in close collaboration with the hotel, Unidrain also developed new design solutions. At Admiral the shower screens – normally mounted in the floor and wall using U-profiles – are directly attached to the tile floor and the tile wall – without any visible mountings.
